The role:

You’ll help us deliver fantastic marketing work for our roster of top clients. You’ll partner with the rest of the marketing services team, learning the tools of the trade while helping them stay on top of the work that needs to be done.

You love marketing and are always curious about the best way to reach new customers, and how to help our clients get their message across to the right customers at the right time.

Your attention to detail and great communication skills ensures that everyone on the team has what they need, knows what to do, and executes on it.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the rest of the marketing services team to ensure work is being delivered in line with client expectations
  • Assist in campaign creation and execution across our SEO, paid media, and analytics practices
  • Coordinate on work with our design and development departments
  • In partnership with the team, turn SOWs into project plans with clear timelines, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Work with the analytics team to report on marketing effectiveness for clients
  • Manage work against project-based and retainer based clients
  • Responsible for managing, controlling, and reporting on budget usage
  • Understand and anticipate project resource volumes and dependencies and work actively to resolving and escalating issues to management
  • Support in client billing and invoicing

What you have:

  • The ability to manage multiple commitments to different clients and balance their needs
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with designers, developers, and the rest of the marketing services team

  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools and bid management software a plus
